Plans and Free Allowances

Each TallyDue workspace has its own plan. Water usage counts active meters, rental usage counts managed units, and short-stay usage counts active listings. Archived records do not consume the allowance.

The Settings → Subscription page shows the current allowance from TallyDue’s commercial catalog and the company’s usage.

At the configured limit, TallyDue prevents creation of another restricted resource. Existing records remain readable, unrelated settings remain editable, and exports remain available. You can archive an unused record or choose a larger plan.

Plans are purchased separately for each workspace. A water upgrade does not increase the rental or short-stay allowance.
